Information we collect
This website is an informational site. It does not require an account and does not ask you to enter personal information in order to browse it. We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it — for example when you contact us by phone or email, or when you begin a mortgage application or pre-approval. Mortgage applications and calculators linked from this site are hosted on a separate secure application platform (mtg-app.com); information you enter there is collected under that platform’s own terms and used by us to arrange your financing.
How we use your information
Personal information you provide is used to respond to your enquiries, assess your mortgage needs, and arrange mortgage financing on your behalf. With your consent, application information is shared with lenders, mortgage insurers, and other parties necessary to complete your transaction. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and third-party content
This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Pages may contain links to or content from third parties — including social media, Google reviews, and the mortgage application and calculator tools mentioned above — whose own privacy policies govern any information they collect. This site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.
Safeguards and retention
We follow the privacy and record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed mortgage brokerages in Ontario, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Personal information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and is protected against unauthorized access.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent (subject to legal and contractual restrictions) by contacting us using the details above.
